David is a lifelong entrepreneur and creator who has fundamentally changed the training approach to human movement, pain relief, injury, nerve pain and neurological disorders like Parkinson’s. His Movement 360 program is a revolutionary, hands-off system of simple tools and techniques that changes his clients' quality of life by reorganizing their movement patterns and giving them more freedom to move through the world with ease. His unique neurological system for training movement and alignment was created over a period of 16 years, working with over 3,500 clients and over 17,000 client hours.
Shannon Elliott,
Co-Director
Shannon is thrilled to be part of the Movement 360 team, bringing her diverse skill sets and expertise together with her passion for helping people feel better in body, mind and spirit. Shannon has been a mover her entire life, starting off as a gymnast at age 5 and becoming a professional dancer after her university studies. She led a 20-year career in the dance world as a performer, instructor, choreographer, higher ed professor and administrator, and cruise ship show director.
In 2018, Shannon executed a full-on career pivot and applied her artistry to the field of health and wellness. A teacher at heart, Shannon earned her personal training and group fitness certifications and began focusing on helping older adults and people living with Parkinson’s disease. She worked at a national Parkinson’s disease non-profit for four years, where she developed leadership curriculum for workshops that she facilitated both online and in-person across the country.
Shannon continues to challenge herself by engaging in professional movement workshops around the world, hoping to never stop learning and finding more joy in her daily life. It is Shannon’s greatest wish to empower others to improve their quality of life through healthful movement, curious play, and practices of self-inquiry, finding a deeper meaning that connects it all. M.A. in Dance, York University, Toronto, ON, Canada; B.S. in Dance Management, Oklahoma City University, OKC, OK; Certified Personal Trainer (NASM-CPT); Certified Animal Flow® Instructor - Level 1; Dance for PD® Introductory and Advanced Teacher Training Courses; American Ballet Theatre® Certified Teacher (Pre-Primary through Level 3)
Christine Jones,
M360 Practitioner
As a seasoned fitness professional since 2016, Christine Jones has evolved from traditional personal training to a holistic approach, focusing on movement as medicine. Her early career in luxury NYC gyms working with athletes and healthy populations laid the groundwork. However, relocating to New Mexico during the pandemic revealed a deeper need for movement to serve as a form of medicine. Driven by compassion and curiosity, Christine pursued specialized certifications as a Registered Yoga Instructor (RYI), Corrective Exercise Specialist (NASM), Exercise Therapist (ISSA), and Milton Erickson Hypnotherapist. Her expertise integrates anatomy, visualization, breathwork, and therapeutic movement to support the whole person.
Christine's philosophy emphasizes exercise as a means to enhance mobility, stability, and longevity, rather than causing strain on the body. Joining Movement 360 alongside David and Shannon, Christine is thrilled to lead group sessions, innovate programming, collaborate with physicians, and foster lasting change. Committed to continuous growth, Christine is eager to share her expertise, empowering individuals to transform their relationship with movement and unlock a vibrant, resilient life.
